We are in the process of finalizing a subscription online database of startup companies. You may have seen our occasional entries here in which we have excerpted tables of new medtech companies. We’ve also regularly provided highlights in our “newmedtechs” RSS feed, which shows the technologies under development, but no company details. Our online database will feature anything and everything we have been able to reveal about literally hundreds of medtech companies that have been founded in the past few years.
We will be offering this database as a subscription product, because I find more demand for information on new medical technologies and the companies driving them than almost any other type of information we provide. Plus, searching for these companies goes hand-in-hand with our efforts to stay on top of advanced medical technology markets.
I might add that I also find it eminently satisfying identifying these startup companies, many of whom can only be found after scratching, clawing and digging out details from a host of different sources.
